Young Leaders Host Insider’s Tour

Those wondering about the emergence of Cupples 9 in downtown St. Louis will get a special sneak peek at the development tomorrow when the ULI St. Louis Young Leaders Group hosts a special Insider’s Tour of the development. Technical Assistance Panel Addresses TOD at UMSL South Station

At the invitation of Citizens for Modern Transit and Metro (the Bi-State Development Agency), ULI St. Louis was asked to form a second Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to address possible development around St. Louis area transit stations. ULI St. Louis Program Tackles Infrastructure Challenges

Drawing on the recent joint ULI/Ernst & Young report, Infrastructure 2012: Spotlight on Leadership, ULI St. Louis hosted a breakfast program to discuss the findings and apply it to the St. Louis region.
