ULI St. Louis Presents Findings of Ferguson/Cool Valley TAP

On November 7, ULI St. Louis contributed member expertise to the cities of Ferguson and Cool Valley via a Technical Assistance Panel. The two cities joined together to pose questions to the Panel relating to potential development and incentives to development along the South Florissant Road corridor. Following the work session, the Panel reviewed the information gathered from elected officials, city leadership and community stakeholders and presented their findins and recommendations on November 14 at Ferguson City Hall. “Bold Ideas” Unveiled at Grand Station TAP Presentation

Citizens for Modern Transit, in partnership with Metro, engaged ULI St. Louis to conduct another Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to address development opportunities around a MetroLink station. This time the focus was Grand Station. Following significant improvements to the Grand Avenue overpass and infrastructure improvements to the station itself, CMT and Metro sought recommendations for better connectivity between the station and its surrounding businesses and institutions, encouraging ridership at the station and throughout the system.
