Technical Assistance Panel to Address CORTEX MetroLink Station

ULI St. Louis has been invited to conduct a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) addressing the potential for a MetroLink Station at the CORTEX development in Midtown St. Louis. Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT), in partnership with Metro, has called on the expertise of the ULI membership, via this TAP, to contemplate questions relating to the location of the proposed station, matters surrounding a possible parking garage in the area and opportunities and/or incentives to spark further development in the area.
