ULI St. Louis is a member-led organization committed to providing high-quality programs and projects to the St. Louis region’s land use professionals. Members can get involved by attending any of our events or by becoming involved with one of our local committees:

Programs

Attend, coordinate or moderate an event

From our Signature Emerging Trends Program in the fall or the Bi-Annual UrbanMarket Place in the spring, ULI St. Louis hosts a range of educational programs and forums, brownbag lunches, and quarterly breakfast programs throughout the St. Louis Region.

Policy & Practice Committee

Assist with a Policy and Practice research project.

ULI St. Louis's Policy and Practice Committee's goal is to partner with St. Louis area governments, agencies and non-profits to further ULI's mission of leadership in responsible land use. This committee also oversees the ULI St. Louis' Technical Assistance Panels or TAPs. The TAP program offers the expertise of local ULI members to local governments and nonprofit entities to address specific project feasibility or implementation issues through one or two day panels.

Young Leaders Group (YLG)

Provide professional opportunities for the future leaders of real estate to interact and learn and become the leaders of tomorrow.

The Young Leaders Group hosts a range of educational programs and networking events each year including the Tool Box Series, Mentorship programs and bi-monthly happy hours. The YLG has its own Executive Committee
