2017 Emerging Trends in Real EstateJoin ULI St. Louis for the most-anticipated real estate forecast of the year — 2017 St. Louis Real Estate Trends Outlook.

Bringing together national and local real estate trend data, attendees will walk away with a 90-minute snapshot and a printed report for the coming year and beyond.

Built on the foundation of the national Emerging Trends in Real Estate trends and forecast publication, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI, the program will provide an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. The report draws on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives, investors, developers, and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 1,500 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 350 industry leaders. Survey results relating to our local market will be included in the presentation.

2017 St. Louis Real Estate Trends Outlook will uncover and unpack trends that may influence what we build, where and how we live, and how we can grow together as a region.
