TAP to Focus on Grand MetroLink Station

Citizens for Modern Transit and Metro have once again engaged ULI St. Louis to conduct a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to address development opportunities around a MetroLink station. This time the focus is Grand Station. Following significant improvements to the Grand Avenue overpass and infrastructure improvements to the station itself, CMT and Metro are seeking recommendations for better connectivity between the station and its surrounding businesses and institutions, encouraging ridership at the station and throughout the system.
