ULI Publishes TAP Report for Ferguson and Cool Valley

At the invitation of the cities of Ferguson and Cool Valley, Missouri, ULI St. Louis was hired for form a Technical Assistance Panel to address further development along the Florissant Road corridor, the primary commercial corridor running through both municipalities. With a vested interest in the prosperity of the corridor, the cities share a common vision for the corridor that includes additional commercial activity along the route as well as additional residential units to support the businesses and facilitate growth in the corridor.
