It’s not enough to just invite our Black friends to meetings, hope they show up, and then wave when they do. It’s not enough to have a woman on a panel. And then make sure there is a person of color. It’s not enough.
It’s not enough.
As an organization with a foundation of convening people around best practices and sharing knowledge to help our communities grow and thrive, here is what we, as an organization, will be doing – or continuing to do – to end racism.
