Greenways a Magnet for Growth, Urban Land STL Speakers Say
A focus on connecting people to their cities and neighborhoods through green space is driving development in cities around the country.

ULI St. Louis, in partnership with the St. Louis Promise Zone, the Heartland St. Louis Black Chamber, and Midwest Bank Centre, is presenting a series of capacity-building workshops for individuals interested in real estate and community development.
The workshops are open the public and are held on the third Tuesday of the month through June 2019. Full flyer here.

Each workshop will run from 6:00–8:00 pm and, except for Feb. and March, will be held at the William J. Harrison Education Center at 3140 Cass Avenue, 63106.
