Following up on a 2012 ULI St. Louis Technical Assistance Program, Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT) and BLA this morning presented findings from the recently completed feasibility study for a possible new MetroLink station in the Cortex Innovation Community in Midtown St. Louis. Next Round of TOD Public Meetings Set for February 19-21

As part of a regional planning effort to create more places to live, work, shop, and play near MetroLink, The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) and its partners have selected five stations to complete more detailed station area plans.The five selected station areas are: North Hanley, Emerson Park /Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Fairview Heights, Union Station/Civic Center and  Rock Road.
