Minority Developer WorkshopOn November 13, ULI will jointly host a workshop designed to introduce community development tools and principles to those interested in community and/or real estate development

Who Should Attend: 

  • North City and North County residents wanting to learn how development works in their community 
  • Those with a desire for community development work 
  • Non-profit organizations 

Workshop Goal: 

Enhance the capacity of minority communities, contractors and developers through an overview of the project process from conception to completion and ongoing technical assistance training.
