Third Man Development was formed in 2013 by St. Louis-based commercial real estate developer Hany Abounader. Third Man specializes in the development and redevelopment of properties throughout the Saint Louis market, in addition to sales and leasing of institutional grade office and industrial properties. Hany has redeveloped numerous iconic historic properties in the St. Louis area, including the old Hi-Fi-Fo-Fum building in Richmond Heights and the Turner Office Lofts, a former school building in Kirkwood. He also redeveloped the historic Teamsters Hall into a 310-bed student housing facility and the “Flying Saucer” at Grand and I-40. His broad experience gives Hany a unique perspective on the numerous aspects of commercial real estate. Hany has been involved in the development, leasing and management of commercial real estate since 1993. His broad background includes brokerage specializing in sales and leasing of institutional grade office and industrial properties throughout the St. Louis market. Hany has a wealth of experience in both landlord and tenant representation throughout his career.
