ULI St. Louis invites 2026 ULI St. Louis Sponsors only to an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the newly renovated MAC Clayton space at Pierre Laclede Center. This private experience offers a firsthand look at the tenant improvement buildout, club offerings, and design vision, with insights from key project partners including the Missouri Athletic Club, CI Select, and HOK.

In June 2025, Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate (HCRE), part of Hoffmann Family of Companies, announced the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) as the newest premier tenant at Pierre Laclede Center. This highly anticipated expansion marks a strategic milestone for the MAC and further reinforces Pierre Laclede Center’s standing as a premier destination within St. Louis’s business and real estate community.

MAC Clayton will occupy the 14th and 15th floors, with oversight of the 13th-floor fitness facility. The elevated space will feature upscale dining and bar service, co-working and business meeting accommodations, event and lounge areas, and an enhanced member experience. Dining will be offered Monday through Friday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with additional Saturday evening service.
