    Following 14 weeks of real estate development instruction, mentoring, and team work, the first REDI cohort is ready to present three proposals to our ULI St. Louis Shark Tank (okay, Dolphin Tank - they'll be nice). Brimming with knowledge and ready to conquer the St. Louis real estate landscape, the students will present their proposals and celebrate their accomplishments with them.
    Thirty students. Three proposals. One building.
     
    Join us to hear from the first Real Estate Diversity Initiative cohort as they present their development proposals for the historic Euclid School building in Fountain Park. After 14 weeks of instruction and teamwork, you'll hear three separate proposals and watch as the Shark Tank provides feedback.
