With master development rights in the Lewis Place and Fountain Park neighborhoods, Kevin Bryant, President of Kingsway Development, has a vision for what these neighborhoods just north of Delmar can become once again. Key to bridging the Delmar Divide and bringing the vitality of the Central West End north, will be a few notable commercial buildings to join Launch Code who moved its operations to the neighborhood recently.
In this Anatomy of the Deal program, Kevin will walk us through the development deal he has put in place to bring the 4731 Delmar building back to life. The historic structure presented some interesting challenges, not the least of which was the financing structure needed to complete renovations and make the space ready for Elevation co-working, a UPS Store, and Park Central Development.
