    Michelle Rotherham and Ken Crabiel and the CannonDesign team will facilitate a conversation around our evolving workplace, specifically how 2020 has accelerated the trend of hybrid teams working together both inside and outside the office.

    St. Louis Commercial Practice
     
    Ken Crabiel leads CannonDesign’s St. Louis Commercial Practice, helping St. Louis organizations and institutions shape exciting new futures for their people, business, the city, and those who call it home. With nearly two decades of proven design, strategy development, project management and client engagement experience, Ken excels at understanding organizations unique needs, challenges and business in order to view design possibilities through their eyes – ultimately bringing their vision to life.
     
    Ken leads projects spanning corporate, health, education, science and civic markets and is currently guiding local work with Square among others. He is at the forefront of how work, design and culture are evolving, frequently speaking at national and local events including a presentation at the National IFMA World Workplace event on Transforming Workplaces for the Future of Talent.
     
    Michelle Rotherham
    Interior Design

    Michelle leads the Interior Design practice for CannonDesign’s St. Louis office and is an NCIDQ certified Interior Designer with experience across commercial, health and education markets. With more than 12 years’ experience designing commercial environments of all scales for multiple markets, Michelle holds deep knowledge of the entire design process. She leads clients through strategy development, project management, design and ultimately successful project completion. She distinguishes herself with strong passion for design excellence, user experience, and technology that span markets and deepen her ability to drive value for our clients. Michelle also is a co-founder of the local non-profit HomeFirst STL which provides hope, housing, and advocacy to people experiencing homelessness. She is a proud resident of the City of St. Louis with her husband and 2 year old daughter
