    From the architects to the engineers, the construction team to the brokers, the professionals behind the project are all on hand to share their insights into just what it took to bring a particular project to life.
     
    On November 12, Jeff Tegethoff, Principal of Pearl Real Estate Companies, and his development team will discuss the anatomy of the Hibernia Apartments deal in Dogtown. Located on Clayton Road in Dogtown, Hibernia will feature 100 market-rate apartments, a Fields Grocery Store, and underground parking.
