As St. Louis faces significant demographic shifts, how can city planners leverage this data to address emerging challenges and seize new opportunities? This panel will explore critical questions such as: What do current population trends reveal about the future of St. Louis and why is it important to act now? How can policy and planning initiatives, like St. Louis County’s STLCO 2050 Comp Plan and the City's recently adopted Strategic Land Use Plan (SLUP), be utilized to guide development and support in areas of need? How can the real estate community take these demographic insights to help them inform strategic planning, foster sustainable growth, and ensure that St. Louis remains a vibrant and thriving community?
