Another year is beginning and all of us at the St. Louis District Council of ULI wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your support during the past year and update you on upcoming events for 2015.  ULI St. Louis is growing and its growth is having a positive impact on our region because people like you participate and share your experiences.

In 2014, we convened 21 separate programs, drawing over 1,000. Eight of the programs were designed for and limited to ULI members only. The Young Leaders Group continue to host and lead engaging programs focusing on mentorship and new developments, and the Women’s Leadership Initiative hosted 3 programs featuring prominent St. Louis leaders who happen to also be women.

Plans for 2015 are well underway. This year, we will turn our attention to the specifics and practicalities of real estate development, diving into “Getting the Deal Done” in our region. Check out this quick review of 2014 and a snapshot of what you can expect to see from ULI St. Louis in the coming months.
