The City of O’Fallon has issued an RFP for a vacant commercial infill lot in downtown O’Fallon, Illinois. Located within a few blocks of several major rehab projects downtown – including Peel Pizza, Cincotta Photography, Shooter’s BBQ, and Fezziwig’s Marketplace – the lot is also within the boundaries of the newly created Central City TIF district.
