    Jayvn Solomon

    Based in St. Louis, Jayvn Solomon is the founder of Loutopia — a community engagement platform promoting art, nature, and sustainability in public spaces to develop a more mature urban ecosystem. Collaborating with brands like SXSW, Block (Square), Verizon, Ryot Games, Panera, and STL City SC, Jayvn crafts impactful experiences and projects found at the intersection of creativity, connection, and progress.

    Amanda Garrett

    Good Developments Group

    Amanda Garrett Good Developments Group, a St. Louis Based Developer Partner, Design Lead Overseeing design partners for development and construction of Gateway South Innovation District, the future industry epicenter for advanced building companies. Former Design Director at JDS Development Group. Former Manager of International Retail Architecture for Tiffany & Co. Supervised extensive design, engineering, construction, material selection, procurement, and installation teams for multi-million and billion dollar + developments in Europe, New York, and (now) St. Louis.

    Jake Haggmark

    HOK

    Jake Haggmark AIA, LEED AP BD+C is an architect and project designer at HOK. He specializes in large complex projects with a design approach that prioritizes making connections through unique experiences. He has worked on projects around the world, with two of his most recent projects being CITYPARK Stadium and a major terminal expansion at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. A native of Buffalo, Jake came to St. Louis after earning a master’s degree in architecture from The Ohio State University. A proud resident of Lafayette Square, he loves commuting to work on his bike (or golf cart) and challenging the status quo to create a more sustainable future.

    Catherine Hamacher

    Planner , PGAV PLANNERS

    Catherine brings, ACIP her urban planning, strategic planning, and community engagement experience to the PGAV team where she leads a variety of planning projects across the Midwest. She is particularly interested in how the built environment can facilitate community connection and loves when projects bring together community members and traditional leaders to come to consensus about what works for everyone. A native St. Louisan, Catherine has worked for several place-based organizations, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness through long-term planning, marketing, and community development. Prior to working at PGAV she worked at a small consulting firm in St. Louis, helping organizations plan for periods of transition. She has a Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University, is a graduate of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs and received her undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio. Catherine currently serves on the Preservation Board for the City of St. Louis and as a Board Member of the Lafayette Park Conservancy.

    Nick Fiquette

    Director - Brokerage, Sansone Group

    Nick joined Sansone Group in 2017 and represents both tenants and landlords in the office markets. Nick annually completes over 70 lease and sales transactions valued at over $75 Million. Prior to joining Sansone Group, Nick worked in a corporate services capacity to renew, acquire, relocate, and open new offices for a Fortune 1000 company.
