The mission of the Young Leaders Group (ULI members under age 35) is to create a unique setting for tomorrow’s leaders of real estate related companies to interact, both professionally and socially, with leaders of today.

The Young Leaders Group is full of energetic professionals from all aspects of the real estate industry – developers, investors, bankers, attorneys, architects, engineers, brokers, general contractors, and graduate students.

The ULI Young Leaders Group offers members the opportunity to develop long-lasting peer relationships as well as benefit from more seasoned minds in the industry. In return, members dedicate their professional knowledge to further enhance the responsible use of land and quality of life of all who live on it.

Throughout the year, the YLG hosts a number of programs and events, including insider’s tours of emerging properties, mentoring sessions with industry leaders, Anatomy of the Deal programs, and social events such as happy hours.
