    Cullinan Properties, the development team responsible for the Streets of St. Charles, is back at it again, this time at the intersection of Grand and Chouteau, near the Saint Louis University campus. Rob Lochner, Vice President of Development for Cullinan, will be our featured speaker for the December 60 Minute Mentor, sharing insights into his career path and Cullinan's work in the region.

    About Rob Lochner:
     
    Rob leads development and municipal related activities for Streets of St. Charles, Lofts at Euclid andother upcoming projects in the St. Louis market and throughout the Cullinan portfolio. He is involved in construction management, tenant coordination, conceptual site layouts, schedules and budgets, acquisition due diligence, and leading and obtaining state, federal and/or city subsidies for assigned developments.

    Prior to joining Cullinan Properties in 2019, Rob served as Vice President of Project Development for St. Louis based Koman Group. He was responsible for all development activities from concept to occupancy, including site selection, due diligence, acquisition, zoning/permitting, management of all A&E activities, contractor bidding and negotiation and owner representation activities to insure on-time/on-budget delivery. Preceding Koman, Rob was Vice President of Development at Clayco Realty Group and Optimus, both national real estate development companies focused on commercial and multi-family initiatives. Rob’s 25+ years of experience also includes a substantial background in retail development, having completed more than $700 million in projects while at May Department Stores and Westfield.

    Rob is a graduate of University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri and is a member of the Architectural Review Board for the City of Ladue and St. Louis University High School Facilities Committee.
