    Join ULI for a walking tour of redevelopment opportunities and murals in downtown Belleville. From a recently rennovated office to lofts to murals to a brand new streetscape, there is much to see and experience along and around Main Street in Belleville.

    Join us on Oct. 19 to tour three recent redevelopments along America’s longest main street with these featured guests:

    • Kathy Mordini, Chairman, Head of Mural Programming, Belleville Mural Project
    • Karl Gilpin, Co-Owner, Tygracon Properties
    • Renae Eichholz, Owner, The Copper Fiire Restaurant; President, Precision Practice Management
    • David Dodson, CEO, Bywater Development Corp
     
    The walking tour will wind its way through downtown Belleville, covering a variety of sites along Main Street and ending in the West Belleville National Historic District. The streetscape improvements and the addition of Belleville's beautiful and lively murals make the stroll a pleasure.
