    Please join us for an engaging 60 Minute Mentor session, featuring Greg Yawitz, CEO of KEAT Properties. Greg is a broker/developer who is today focusing on work in Olivette, most recently Gateway Center, a 300,000 sf mixed-use property at the SW corner of I-170 and Olive.
    Greg is a Commercial Real Estate Broker / Developer who has been in the industry for over 29 years, working in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and New Mexico with a number of local, regional and national companies such as Target, McDonalds, Home Depot and Sugarfire.
     
    In his developer role, Greg is the developer and owner of the Price Crossing Center in Olivette, a 46,000 sf mixed-use development. Greg is also partnering with Rusty Keeley, CEO of Keeley Development Group, to tackle the southwest corner of the I-170 and Olive Boulevard intersection in Olivette. Situated on 14+ acres, their mixed-use development - over 300,000sf of retail, office and hospitality uses- will completely transform this eastern entrance to Olivette and change the landscape along 170.
