Looking for a fun way to network and put your real estate and urban planning skills to the test? Come nerd out with other real estate and land use professionals as we play UrbanPlan!
UrbanPlan gamifies the planning experience, drafting participants into different roles–Marketing Director, Site Planner, City Liaison, Neighborhood Liaison, Financial Analyst–on teams seeking to best program a set of blocks in a fictional urban environment. A realistic, engaging simulation, UrbanPlan allows players to explore the roles, issues, trade-offs, and economics involved in urban development.
UrbanPlan is designed to be an educational tool for high school & college students and community leaders. Net proceeds from this event will support ULI St. Louis’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in our community.
Snacks will be provided. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue.
