ULI St. Louis joined forces with CREW, SMPS, and SLCCC for a unique and informative virtual tour of the City Foundry complex in Midtown St. Louis. With remarks from Bridget Bogan Keitel, Associate Principal, Lawrence Group, Todd Rogan, Development Director, Lawrence Group, Steve Smith, Managing Member, FOPA Partners, LLC, and Susan Trautman, CEO, Great Rivers Greenway, participants saw and heard just what an amazing transformation this project is.
