As ULI St. Louis strives for deeper impact locally and nationally, we encourage our leaders to step into their greatness and explore new opportunities. Of everyone on our team, the most deserving of this encouragement is our amazing leader, Kelly Annis. With that, we are happy to share that Kelly will be transitioning to a national ULI role of documenting district council Technical Assistance Panels and national Advisory Services Programs. This is very exciting news on the heels of ULI’s recent announcement of a $1 million donation to support the Advisory Services program!

ULI St. Louis is at an important growth point. We are seeking a new Director to lead our District Council through a renewed purpose and amazing opportunities. Ideally, this person will have experience in the real estate industry and have existing relationships in our market. In connection with our member leaders, this new person will host our programs, lead our volunteers, coordinate our funding efforts (sponsorship and grants), and network across the St. Louis community, representing ULI in our region.
