This week, University Square Community Development Corporation releases its Request for Proposals for development in and around the southeast quadrant of North Hanley Road and Interstate 70, adjacent to the North Hanley MetroLink Station.
The RFP follows on the heels of a recent ULI St. Louis Technical Assistance Program (TAP), hosted at the request of the key stakeholders in the area – Bi-State Development, University of Missouri, Geiger Hanley LLC, and Geiger Real Estate.
The RFP, due August 15, 2017, may be found here.
For more information and findings from the TAP, view the report here.
It may also be of interest to note that the creation of University Square CDC was a recommendation that came out of an earlier TAP conducted by ULI St. Louis in 2012, which focused on development around the UMSL–South MetroLink Station.
